Do you know how many students in your district or from your school have Internet access at home? Or how many of them use the Internet for schoolwork? Many studies have shown that even students that do not have access at home still find a way to go online and use the Net for homework, research projects and many other school assignments. Do you know what your students and their parents would like to see on your classroom web sites? It's easy to find answers to all of these questions. Below are some sample surveys that you are welcome to download and use in your district or school. Feel free to modify or customize them to suit the needs of your students, parents, teachers and schools.
