This document, "Put a Little Pizzazz in Your Web Site" contains a few simple HTML commands for making text bold, italicized, etc., or for making your hyper links and e-mail addresses look a little more professional.

This document is a sample of an AUP, or "Acceptable Use Policy." Every school or school district should have one or more AUPs governing Internet usage in general, and various aspects of how the Internet is used on and with school property. Please note the disclaimer.

This is a sample of a "Best Practices" document which could be posted on your campus and/or district web site, informing your teachers and the community at large about what their web sites are expected to accomplish.

Do you know how many students in your district or from your school have Internet access at home? Or how many of them use the Internet for schoolwork? Many studies have shown that even students that do not have access at home still find a way to go online and use the Net for homework, research projects and many other school assignments. Do you know what your students and their parents would like to see on your classroom web sites? It's easy to find answers to all of these questions. Below are some sample surveys that you are welcome to download and use in your district or school.
