Students will receive Participation and Conduct grades for Music on their report cards each six weeks.

If a student chooses not to participate in a skill or activity, the teacher may give a mark for not participating.
Participation Grades will be E (excellent: 0 – 3 marks) or S (satisfactory: 4 – 6 marks) or U (unsatisfactory: more than 6 marks).

If there are behavior problems, the teacher may send home a Conduct Sheet.
Conduct Grades will be E (excellent: 0 Conduct Sheets)or S (satisfactory: 1 to 4 Conduct Sheets) or U (unsatisfactory: 5 Conduct Sheets).
