High School Tryouts

All incoming Freshmen (current 8th graders) and Junior Varsity tennis players will need to participate in tryouts. Girls will be on Wed., May 28 at 2:15 and boys on Thurs., May 29 at 2:15. After this round of tryouts, players will be selected to participate in Varsity tryouts which will begin at 1:30pm on August 22, 2008 and will continue through the first week of school (August 25-27). Coach Gilreath must have new physicals from all players before they may step on the court to play in August. Any players not selected to participate in Varsity tryouts will make the Junior Varsity team which is 6th period. After Varsity tryouts are complete, all those who make Varsity will have their schedules changed from 6th to 7th period after the first week of school.
